Why we built it

Applying for jobs shouldn't mean rewriting your resume every time

Most applications today are screened by software before a person reads them. To get through, candidates are told to tailor their resume to every job — which takes hours, and is easy to get wrong.

Many AI writing tools make this faster by filling gaps with skills and achievements the candidate doesn't have. That can cost someone the job in an interview, or later.

We built IntelliResume to do the opposite: work only from what you've actually done, show you clearly where you match a role and where you don't, and present your real experience in the way each employer is looking for.
