Terms of Service

IntelliResume ("the Service") is provided by Patrixel Digital Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

IntelliResume lets you upload or build a resume, keep a verified version of your profile, and generate resumes and cover letters tailored to job descriptions you provide. It also shows how well your resume matches a job, produces an ATS readiness score, helps you track your applications and, if you choose, sends applications to addresses you specify.

The ATS readiness score is our own estimate, calculated from the structure and completeness of your resume — for example whether contact details, a summary, skills, experience and education are present, and whether your experience uses action verbs and measurable results. It is not produced by, licensed from or affiliated with any applicant tracking system vendor, and it does not predict how any particular employer's system will read, filter or rank your application.

Please give accurate information when you register and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account, and should tell us straight away if you think it has been accessed without your permission.

IntelliResume offers a Free plan and paid subscription plans. The features and limits of each plan are described on our Pricing page.

• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are shown at checkout together with any applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. UPI renewals use an AutoPay mandate that you approve in your UPI app.
• You can cancel at any time from Settings. You keep access to your paid plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
• Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us and we will look into it promptly.
• We may change our prices. Any change will apply from your next billing period, and we will tell you in advance.

You agree not to:

• Upload a resume or personal information belonging to someone else without their permission.
• Use the Service to make false or misleading claims about your qualifications or experience.
• Send unsolicited, bulk or misleading messages through Direct Apply.
• Try to get around usage limits or security controls, access another user's data, or disrupt the Service.
• Copy, scrape or resell the Service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Tailored resumes, cover letters, match analyses and recommendations are produced with the help of AI, using only the information in your own profile. AI can still make mistakes, so please review everything before you use it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the documents you send to employers.

Match percentages and scores are estimates. They are not career advice or an assessment of your suitability for a role, and they do not guarantee an interview, an offer or any other outcome. Our scoring may change over time, so the same resume can receive a different score after an update.

You own your resume and everything else you upload or create. You give us a limited licence to store and process that content only as needed to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service itself — including its software, design, templates and branding — belongs to Patrixel Digital Solutions. These terms do not give you any rights to it beyond using the Service as intended.

You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the Service or other users at risk. Where reasonable, we will tell you why.

We work hard to keep the Service accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that using it will lead to interviews or job offers.

To the extent the law allows, Patrixel Digital Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of opportunity, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, let you know by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the updated terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep any protections given to you by the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
